VNC4MAC.xyz (the launcher, embedded materials, and related files made available on this site) is open-source and free of charge under the MIT License. The full text is in the LICENSE file shipped with downloads and the source repository (copyright Maurii LLC). You may use, modify, and redistribute the software subject to that license.
Nothing on this page grants a trademark license for the name VNC4MAC.xyz or related marks beyond fair nominative use.

You are solely responsible for securing your systems, networks, credentials, and remote VNC endpoints. Remote-access software carries inherent risk; use SSH tunnels, VPNs, and strong authentication where appropriate.

The software may rely on or bundle with third-party libraries and runtimes (for example Python, websockify, and browser assets such as noVNC loaded from a content delivery network). Those components have their own licenses and terms. You are responsible for complying with them.
